Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unused cushions or pillows back in their original protective plastic and shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
